- Hello @Samadou jack:, you must read WP:Notability (people), as your draft had no sourcing whatsoever. For a Wikipedia article about a person to publish, it must be sourced to serious news media. We cannot accept things simply because you promise they are true. Also, if you are writing an article about yourself, almost by definition that means that we do not need an article about you; if you are important enough to need an article, some person who is a complete stranger to you would write it because they are interested in your work. See WP:Autobiography for why it is a bad idea to write about yourself. MatthewVanitas (talk) 13:30, 3 October 2015 (UTC)

- @Anekenkenna:, what is your question? The draft was Declined because there's no indication that this person is famous enough to meet WP:Notability (people). Also, if you are writing about yourself, bear in mind that you should not write your own article; see WP:Autobiography for why this is a bad idea. MatthewVanitas (talk) 15:21, 3 October 2015 (UTC)

Because I do not know the modalities of Wikipedia.
Q.1. Do the editors ask for explanation when something is unintelligible or insufficient?-

- Yes. Ideally asking the person whose words you need expanded. Fiddle Faddle 15:17, 3 October 2015 (UTC)
