Dear Editors:
I wanted to add information concerning myself to the main Wikipedia, unfortunately in my ignorance of how to operate the website and lacking a clear understanding of the issue of autobirgraphy, my submission has been declined. I accept responsibility for my shortcomings. It is my hope to take any steps recommended by the editors to try to resolve outstanding issues that may stand in the way of the article's acceptance.
I have attempted to fix the wikipedia references initially identified by the editor Robert McClenon, and as far as I can tell the draft no longer contains direction to any Wikipedia articles. Please let me know if this is still unsatisactory.
What I can offer to the last point raised by editor Roger (Dodger67), is the review of scientific progress (2003-2012) written in the National Research Council of the National Accademies "SOLAR AND SPACE PHYSICS, A Science for a Technological Society, Committee on a Decadal Strategy for Solar and Space Physics (Heliophysics)". http://www.nap.edu/catalog/13060/solar-and-space-physics-a-science-for-a-technological-society, p37, following "A Decade of Transformative Science". This is a discussion of national value and intellectual significance. I did not perform the work myself, but I managed and directed the NASA portion of this program as the NASA representative appointed to insure the implementation of the agency's plans and policies. The flight missions, the Heliospheric Systems Observatory, the national data systems, and the scientific analysis programs are all in place and operational at this time.
I am writing you to for guidance on how to implement your recommendation to submit this article to the entity designated AFC. This now appears to me to be the appropriate first step, which I did not initially understand. I am totally unfamiliar with the processes of Wikipedia and I am sincerely asking for your assistance.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter, Uchu RRFisher
