Discussion
editWell, my idea is simple: to create a Management Encyclopedia, containing all articles in Wikipedia related to Management as a a body of knowledge, organizing and clustering them consistently in relevant categories so that WikiManagement becomes a worldwide consultation reference for anyone interested in this vast and highly influential discipline, which often looks fuzzy and with undefined borders.
As an HR Management Consultant, I could myself be active in this area, but not necessarily, I am sure that there are many other experts, more qualified than me, who could take over this part if interested.
I would also think of being involved in the "consistency part", meaning by this the design of the structure containing the different articles. Again, I am not thinking of a leadership role, other editors may be far more competent than myself in this matter.
If this project is appealing to you, it would a great pleasure to build it together with your contribution. I think the end result can be worth the effort, and also have a great impact worldwide.
So, if you are willing to put some hours of your time into this project, you are more than welcome to join the WikiManagement team.
I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
