Description

This WikiProject will be dedicated to locations, people, roads, architecture, and basically everything inside of or related to the area of Jefferson County, New York. I live in the county, and looking up things in my area I often rarely find the topic has its own page. I am looking for fellow Jefferson County-ers to assist me in the growth and development of Jefferson Counties coverage on Wikipedia. Lallint (talk) 11:26, 2 November 2021 (UTC-5:00)

Why do you want to start a new group, instead of joining one of these existing groups?
Well, WP:NY Focuses on New York as a whole, with many Counties. Obviously due to that, Jefferson county is overlooked due to focus being very broad. WP:JCNY focuses on specifically Jefferson County, which has many famous historical locations.
