neutral Some notability, does anyone speek German and could have a look at the German article for more info? --Natet/c10:54, 1 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Tried to search for this but I found lots of web pages that say ju-jutsu is just another way of saying jujuitsu (and a host of similar spellings). Hard to find something related to this exact article. Astudent0 (talk) 21:10, 1 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
AfD I don't see martial arts notability. I'd say the most notable thing he's done was being one of the founders of ZIAD Health Care and I'm not sure how notable that is. Well intentioned, surely, but notable? Article also lacks independent sources. Papaursa (talk) 22:22, 6 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
AfD Unreferenced article about the man who apparently sets up matches for the UFC. Tenuous martial arts connection and no real proof of notability. Papaursa (talk) 01:08, 30 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
AfD "arguably the best" referenced to a record book, that seems to be one school, unless any of you know who the PKA are? --Natet/c10:54, 1 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
The best known PKA was/is the Professional Karate Association (founded by Mike Anderson). For about a decade (mid 70s to mid 80s) it was a major organizer of full contact kickboxing fights. The problem with this article is that none of his martial arts claims are even sourced, much less reliably. Not sure about his notability as a tour promoter. Since his fighting exploits have been tagged as needing a source for 18 months, I'm thinking about removing them. Papaursa (talk) 00:53, 2 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
AFD No independent sources and no indication of notability. I'm suspicious of something that says it "encompasses all the know-how and key elements" of every significant martial art. Astudent0 (talk) 21:10, 1 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Weak AfD Being the highest ranking woman in a martial art of 3000 members is good, but not quite enough. I can't find third party sources--mainly memorials and tributes written after her death. These contain some statements that need sourcing--like the physically impossible claim that she trained over half a million Marines in hand-to-hand combat. Keep Well known martial artist. Won several NASKA world titles in weapons about 20 years ago and has coached the Canadian national team. Article could use some additional references. Papaursa (talk) 01:08, 30 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
