May Not Be Notable

For various reasons these papers may have notablity problems. They may be relatively recent, or not cover much hard news outside of community events and local sports. They may consist of primarily advertising and sponsored bits about new business openings. And in many cases they may be good papers that just haven't generated much coverage by others.
