Add high quality sources for citations about OER, especially those that define/discuss basic concepts here (and remove low quality/outdated/hyper-specific ones). This page should be useful specifically to someone editing OER-related Wikipedia articles rather than serving as an OER-related link dump. Citation and references are critical to the quality of Wikipedia articles. Open Access items are particularly useful.
