• Identify specific topic area issues that need to be addressed, using the project talk page. Be concise and stick to content issues. Describe them in as neutral a fashion as possible. (Examples: "We need to determine if John Doe is a reliable source for Falun Gong matters." "Editors disagree about the proper weight for Jane Doe's views about Falun Gong.")
• Help develop proposed article outlines and topic area article trees. An overview plan for article development and organization will be very helpful.
• Help develop proposed project guidelines for the Falun Gong topic area. A set of area-specific suggestions to provide central guidance on policy application will help focus development and reduce disputes.
