The reason for the difference of 0.191 mile between the recorded mileage and that inventoried as of date of valuation is not indicated by the records reviewed. In the construction of the road built for the Billings and Central Montana the general work of grading was performed by Buffin & Whitaker, contractors. The remainder of the work was done by the forces of the Billings and Central Montana.
