Location and general description of property.—The railroad of The Pittsburgh, Lisbon & Western Railroad Company, hereinafter called the carrier, is a single-track standard-gauge steam railroad, located in Ohio and Pennsylvania. The owned mileage extends in a northeastwardly direction from Lisbon, Ohio, to New Galilee, Pa., with a branch from Cannelton, Pa., to certain mines and other industries in that State. The carrier wholly owns and uses 30.939 miles of all tracks, which are classified in the trackage table in Appendix 1.
