The railroad of the Reading Belt Railroad is a double-track line located in and around Reading, Pa., extending from Belt Line Junction to Klapperthal Junction, a distance of 7.747 miles.

CORPORATE HISTORY

The Reading Belt Railroad was incorporated April 9, 1900, under the general laws of Pennsylvania. The date of its organization was April 11, 1900.

DEVELOPMENT OF FIXED PHYSICAL PROPERTY

The mileage owned by the Reading Belt Railroad, amounting to 7.748 miles, was acquired by construction. It was built principally by contract during the years 1900, 1901, and 1902.

HISTORY OF CORPORATE FINANCING
