That portion of the road extending from Hebardville to Fredel, Ga., a distance of 9.907 miles, was constructed by the Hebard Cypress Company in 1909 and operated for logging purposes until 1910, when it was sold to the carrier and conveyed by deed dated August 18, 1910. The remaining portion, extending from Fredel to Hopkins, Ga., a distance of 10.043 miles, was also constructed by the Hebard Cypress Company between 1910 and 1912 and subsequently sold to the carrier and conveyed by deed dated October 24, 1912.
