Here are some tasks awaiting attention:
  • Article requests : Create new articles related to women's ice hockey. See the list below for ideas or create a new league- or team-specific list of articles that needs to be created. → WikiProject Women in Red has an automated list of missing ice hockey articles, which displays all of the women’s ice hockey people with red links.
  • Assess : Assess existing articles (see WP:WPFA for assistance) or nominate some of our existing B-class articles for Good Article (GA) or Featured Article (FA) status
  • Stubs : Work on expanding articles in Category:Stub-Class Women's ice hockey articles
  • Translate : Translate well sourced league/club/player articles from other language Wikipedia to English Wikipedia. Keep in mind that general notability guidelines are not the same for Wikipedia in other languages and a translated article must also independently meet WP:GNG.
  • Update : Updates on conference, team, and award pages for final standings, tournament results, awards and coaching records
  • Other :
    • Project Tagging: Tag the talk pages for any articles that are within the scope of this project with {{WikiProject Women's sport|icehockey=yes}} and {{WikiProject Women}}.
    • Recruit: editors who have contributed to articles related to women's ice hockey and WP: Women's sport. See the templates page for an invitation template you can use to notify other editors of the taskforce.
    • Add Resources to the Resources page that can be used by editors looking for sources to improve existing articles or create new ones.
