Wikipedia:WikiProject on closed proxies/Criteria

Before requesting access to any of the WikiProject on closed proxies' servers make sure you can answer yes to all of the questions below. Exemptions may be requested in extreme circumstances.

1. Do you reside in an area where Wikipedia is blocked by government level, wide-spread filtering (e.g. China)?
2. If you already have an account on Wikipedia, is it block-free?
3. Do you have over 3000 edits on Wikipedia?
4. Have you spent a few months reading Wikipedia, both the encyclopedia and the policy pages?
5. Are you forced to use a proxy to access Wikipedia at your primary editing location (not including schools, educational institutions or public libraries)?
6. Do you accept the disclaimer outlined below?

By using any of the WikiProject on closed proxies' proxy servers (WP:WOCP) you understand that legal action may be taken against you by your countries' government for bypassing their filtering and neither Wikipedia, the Wikimedia foundation, the WikiProject on closed proxies or any of its members will or can be held liable for any action taken against yourself as a result of using our proxy servers. You waive all your legal rights against the Wikiproject on closed proxies, Wikipedia and the Wikimedia foundation and all their members by using any of WikiProject on closed proxies' servers.
