Reason: This IP seems to do nothing but vandalism, and this IP address seems to be resolving to some IP inside an ISP itself according to the WHOIS search itself. Since the early assignments of IPs back in the early days of the Internet shortchanged Asia, it seems reasonable that this IP might be a proxy in an attempt to deal with the IP shortage. Could you please check this IP? Jesse Viviano (talk) 06:00, 16 November 2009 (UTC)

{{notaproxy}}, it looks like a normal Hong Kong school IP. -- zzuuzz (talk) 20:57, 17 November 2009 (UTC)

Reason: [1] is smoking gunesque. Hipocrite (talk) 20:45, 17 November 2009 (UTC)

Inconclusive, only open port is remote desktop. IP assigned to government office, likely outgoing proxy munging. Will retest later. Q T C 21:25, 17 November 2009 (UTC)
{{notaproxy}}, concur, proxy-munging. -- zzuuzz (talk) 20:30, 29 November 2009 (UTC)

Reason: Several acts of vandalism on articles about prestigious United States prep schools (suggesting that the vandal is a U.S. student), but whois lists registration in Islamabad, Pakistan. --Orlady (talk) 20:13, 29 November 2009 (UTC)

{{notaproxy}}, seems to be a Pakistani student. -- zzuuzz (talk) 20:25, 29 November 2009 (UTC)
