User:Tentontunic has been blocked for using these IP addresses as socks in order to evade 3RR. Since the IP addresses source to two different countries, one or both may be OPs. TFD (talk) 04:26, 18 April 2011 (UTC)

88.108.224.95 (talk · contribs · WHOIS) looks just like a normal DSL user with no evidence for a proxy that I can find. However, 94.46.3.201 (talk · contribs · WHOIS) is from a hosting provider that provides shared webhosts [3] AND has been previously used to place phishing/spam online advertisement which strongly suggests an open proxy (although I can't pin down the access mechanism). Range is 94.46.0.0/20. Some other proxy-like edits in the range, particularly 94.46.3.192/27 and 94.46.8.64/27. Sailsbystars (talk) 12:45, 18 April 2011 (UTC)
(ec) The first is an anonymiser application. I'll rangeblock it again.[4] The second is probably too dynamic for an open proxy. -- zzuuzz (talk) 12:47, 18 April 2011 (UTC)

Reason: Has previously been blocked as an open proxy. The latest batch of edits are clearly from the same person as the one preceding the block, and edits like this one look really fishy. Favonian (talk) 10:59, 19 April 2011 (UTC)

I'd call it a duck, but I can't access this proxy from my current location. Will try later if no one else has. -- DQ (t) (e) 16:41, 28 April 2011 (UTC)
It's mostly confirmed. It requires you to fill out surveys to use, but it definitely proxies websites. Sailsbystars (talk) 18:07, 28 April 2011 (UTC)
{{opblocked}}, confirmed, and already under three blocks. -- zzuuzz (talk) 18:10, 28 April 2011 (UTC)

This IPs three edits have all been abusive. A google search for the IP number indicates that it may have been used as an OP. TFD (talk) 02:22, 1 May 2011 (UTC)

Reason: unblocked proxy of roboproxy.info

Confirmed. Provider range is 216.120.224.0/19 and there are at least two more proxies and a third likely (shared hosting provider for 200+domains) that have popped up previously in the range. Sailsbystars (talk) 03:22, 23 April 2011 (UTC)
