Metaphysics involves inquiry into the nature of reality: what exists and how it hangs together. Metaphysical topics include universals, abstract entities, substance, individuation, modality, identity through time, causation, free will, the debate between realists and anti-realists, and more. (Part of what makes metaphysics so fun is that it’s so hard to characterize it in a general way!) Students will be revising existing articles or adding new articles.
