This course introduces students to the research process in the fields of Communication, PR, and Museum Professions. It involves the exploration of texts that govern our disciplines, a survey of research methods with related paradigms, academic writing in the discipline, and the organization of the fields. Students develop their research vocabulary, advanced writing skills, and research abilities for analyzing and evaluating information in the discipline as it relates to their major area of study
