Is the 1000th wiki Wayuu or Frafra Wikipedia

Wayuu Wikipedia was created on 17:30 UTC and Frafra Wikipedia was created on 19:30 UTC. So Frafra Wikipedia should be the 1000th Wikimedia wiki (gur:) as it was created two hours after the 999th wiki. Thingofme (talk) 12:56, 3 March 2023 (UTC)

Also: vewikimedia was created on 16:30 UTC Feb 27 (see first edit timestamp) and azwikimedia was created on 01:30 UTC Feb 24 as Wikimedia chapters. So they are technically 998th and 997th wiki. Thingofme (talk) 13:05, 3 March 2023 (UTC)
