• The Meta RFC closed, perhaps a note about that.
• Wikipedia:Bots/Noticeboard#Clearing_bot_watchlists for phab:T258098 happened. Perhaps a reminder to bot ops that they could clear their old wl's and that the wl' default behavior changed.
