Wikipedia talk:Comments on Citizendium

Latest comment: 18 years ago by Haukurth

This Wikipedia-space page (and here, accompanying talk page) is for Wikipedians to comment on Citizendium--the proposed project itself, not the Wikipedia article. Currently, Talk:Citizendium contains much discussion about the project itself, rather than the article, which is inappropriate.

Comments on the article should go on Talk:Citizendium.

As Larry Sanger's most recent project is relevant to Wikipedia (if it succeeds, we might need to react to it), and is being discussed (improperly) in other places; I have been WP:BOLD and created this page, in the Wikipedia namespace, for users to discuss Citizendium.

This is not a policy proposal. At this time, Citizendium isn't in operation, so there is little to propose.

If someone wants to MfD this article, be my guest.  :) However, discussion on this topic is likely to occur somewhere in the Wikipedia; better here than in article space or other generic places like WP:VP, WP:ANI, etc.

Seems fine. We need a page to keep track of what's going on there - there might be some interesting ideas which we can make use of. And if the project really takes off then we may want to have some infrastructure to facilitate cooperation between the two projects. Haukur 11:12, 3 October 2006 (UTC)Reply
