PROD/Speedy deletion

I would like to support "removing PROD/Speedy deletion templates" as an exemption to the WP:3R rule under section Wikipedia:Edit_warring#3RR_exemptions. The templates themselves encourage people to remove them if there is an objection to the template being in the article, and those templates should not be inserted more than once. Please list your thoughts below. --Jax 0677 (talk) 16:54, 25 July 2016 (UTC)

Not sure about speedy but WP:PROD specifically states that the prod can only be placed once so that one should be a no brainer since readdition is against existing policy.--67.68.161.51 (talk) 17:30, 23 August 2016 (UTC)
In my opinion this does not make sense. You'd remove 3RR enforcement on multiple removals of the template? The person should not be doing multiple removals in the first place! (only a single removal). You would be rewarding bad behavior. EdJohnston (talk) 04:44, 24 August 2016 (UTC)
Multiple removals of PROD shouldn't be necessary, because multiple additions are not allowed. Abuse of deletion templates is vandalism, so multiple removals are, arguably, already exempt. Burninthruthesky (talk) 07:22, 24 August 2016 (UTC)
Multiple additions of PROD tags is a policy violation, but I don't think it is "obvious vandalism" in the meaning of the 3RR exemptions. Making an additional exemption for this would encourage bad behavior, as Ed says. Zerotalk 09:09, 24 August 2016 (UTC)
