Diberri's template filler tool not working

It seems that Diberri's template filler tool, that we recommended that you use, has been down for a while. Just use the "cite journal" template from the editor. Fill in the PubMed ID of the article you are referencing, and then click the magnifying glass icon to fill in the other fields. I'll amend the course page to reflect this.
