edit- I don't understand what "keep" and "remove" are meant to correspond to. They need to correspond to specific policy implications, not blanket "keep the images" or "remove the images" orders. I also encourage everyone who is thinking about this from a legal point of view to read the ruling on Bill Graham Archives v. Dorling Kindersley Ltd., et al (Google brings up a lot of links discussing it), which directly pertains to the use of reduced-size versions of one type of media (in that case, a poster, but it could easily have been a magazine cover) for the purposes of illustrating in another type of media (in that case, an illustrated biography, but it could easily have been an encyclopedia). --Fastfission 16:52, 18 August 2006 (UTC)
- How do you think the vote should be structured? Lauren 16:57, 18 August 2006 (UTC)
- It sounds like first and foremost a legal issue. Perhaps WP:RFC/POLICIES is better than a vote. 192.75.48.150 17:09, 18 August 2006 (UTC)
