Advocating for citations in leads of articles for the sake of LaGuardia translatathon events
editThe translatathon is a new concept which LaGuardia is pioneering. At a policy level higher than LaGuardia's partnership, I advocated for some changes in English Wikipedia's style for Featured articles in a post at Wikipedia_talk:Featured_articles#More_citations_in_article_leads_for_the_sake_of_translation. I wanted to note that here because this school is a stakeholder in this issue. Blue Rasberry (talk) 21:52, 16 February 2018 (UTC)
translation of the interractive list and map about persecuted witches
editShanluan has invited les sans pagEs to participate in the translatathon on thursday to translate this article in English: https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liste_des_victimes_de_chasses_aux_sorci%C3%A8res. We have included interwikis links in the interractive map in the articla which can serve as a working list for translation initiatives. I dont know if I can add this translation proposition to your program, so I'm posting here. I will be translating a few articles tomorrow from a distance. We have a small wikipermanence taking place tomorrow evening. Cheers, --Nattes à chat (talk) 06:13, 25 April 2018 (UTC)
