Palestine

The US State Department officially recognized the West Bank and Gaza as a country in 1997. The contemporary country of Palestine refers to "Palestine", "Occupied Palestinian Territory", or Palestinian Territory, Occupied according to the ISO, IANA, IOC, and FIFA.
