I fail to see any reason and no explanation to have the two pages for announcing articles about the same topic. This only creates a confusion. Archiving is done in subpages called "archive". See eg. Portal:Russia/New article announcements. `'mikka 18:27, 19 March 2007 (UTC)

• Comment: This is a archive page. WP:INBIN is the announcement page. INBIN is formatted so that it shows up correctly on the noticeboard portal. To avoid confusion we can move the archive page into a subpage under INBIN monthly. Regards, Ganeshk (talk) 06:30, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
