My understanding of T1DM is that it is a type IV hypersensitivity response. This isn't mentioned and perhaps could be. I also feel that T1DM's genetics are overplayed and T2DM's genetics are underplayed. Agree; the script is very T1DM-heavy, but T2DM is far more prevalent and complex - the latter seems to get short shrift. Our T2DM article has plenty of material that could be used as a resource. — soupvector (talk) 22:22, 22 April 2016 (UTC)
