RMS Trent
editWe have an article on this ship (RMS Trent) so it could be linked in the SA text (as the US ship is). I did add the link but self-reverted as I was not aware of whether the article had to meet some sort of standard before it could be linked. If not someone more knowledgeable about the guidelines can come and re-add it. If it does need to be a better article then I will leave this here in the hopes that someone will notice and improve it. - The quality requirement only applies to the selected bolded article. Otherwise it would be rather difficult to maintain the Main Page as a portal page, linking various articles for both new and regular users. Zzyzx11 (talk) 00:42, 9 November 2009 (UTC)

- Per the discussion at Wikipedia:Fringe theories/Noticeboard#Fringe Theories on the Front Page.3F, I will remove Dorothy Kilgallen. An alternative was suggested: "The Bodleian Library, one of Europe's oldest libraries, opened at the University of Oxford." It appears the year for that would be 1602. - Location (talk) 04:29, 19 November 2014 (UTC)
