New badge ideas

Task

• Tea summoner - for those who invite guests

Role

• Host badge (similar to welcome badge, but for hosts who create a profile)
• A badge for Guests who go on to become hosts

Performance

• Caffeinated - for those on an editing blitz; e.g. for those averaging 20+ edits/day
• Devoted - for those editing regularly; e.g. for those editing 30 days in a row

Answer-types

• A badge for hosts who take on extra challenging questions
• A badge for hosts who explain complex/jargony Wikipedia concepts using simple, approachable language
• Article creator badge - for helping guests coming from Articles for Creation
• A badge for those that answer 100 questions: could have a blue ring with a 100 in the middle. Matty.007 09:22, 31 May 2013 (UTC)

Celebration/special occasion

• Birthday badge for the Teahouse anniversary

Ideas for badge icons

• Teapot or teaspoons
• Lantern - potentially for a host badge, because they illuminate the way for guests
• Carabiner - e.g. http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Carabiner.jpg, potentially for hosts as linking/guiding/aiding tools
