Wikipedia talk:Testimonies
Shouldn't this page be titled Testimonials? Testimony generally just means a statement of evidence, without implying pro or con. Steven G. Johnson
- Hmm, perhaps this should be merged with Wikipedia:Anti-testimonies and then be kept under the current title? —Eloquence 03:26, Aug 5, 2003 (UTC)
- I think it's useful to have a "Testimonials" page, and to keep the criticisms on a separate page. For one thing, if the point of the page is good PR it is good to keep a page for that purpose. For another thing, it would be too cluttered, especially if you include rebuttals to the criticisms. Also, from the description at the top of the current "Testimonies" page I believe that the current title was clearly a mistake—why should we alter the page to fit the malapropism? --Steven G. Johnson
