Wikipedia talk:Today's featured article/August 13, 2005

I would prefer it if the Flag of India is Featured on August 15 as an event on that day is mentioned on the page. =Nichalp «Talk»= 07:59, August 4, 2005 (UTC)

Me too. Is there any reason not to do that? -- Sundar \talk \contribs 06:56, August 8, 2005 (UTC)
The main page featured article isn't supposed to 'collide' (so to speak) with selected anniversaries or In the News, which I believe this is likely to do. →Raul654 06:58, August 8, 2005 (UTC)
Hmm.. I thought that this should've been the reason. But, can't we get around that because, the event on the selected anniversaries is the independence day and the featured article is Flag of India? Of course, we then may have to change the lead image at Wikipedia:Selected anniversaries/August 15 to the flag of Congo so that the flag of India doesn't occur in the anniversary section. If not possible, it's still fine. -- Sundar \talk \contribs 07:10, August 8, 2005 (UTC)
