I hereby nominate the excellent Economy of Africa for display on the main page, and for the following reasons:

1. The topic is important, and this is probably one of the best encyclopedia articles on it.
2. Good graphics
3. It meets all established criteria for display as today's featured article
4. It shows Wikipedia in a good light -- a serious article on a serious topic (I'm all for celeb articles, but still)
