Copyedit suggestions

In the phrase when the first scientific ice drilling expedition attempted, "ice-drilling" is a compound modifier of "expedition", and should be hyphenated. Also, paleoclimatological is a legitimate link, per WP:NOTBROKEN, and does not require piping. — Hugh (talk) 22:53, 28 June 2018 (UTC)
