Logo permission

Hi Gog, on 8 November the logo for TFA Mario Party DS was removed from its main page blurb. It was then deleted because it was beyond simple.

Gog, I don't know much about image licensing / threshold but am concerned the same may happen to this blurb. Do you know about such things or is there an image expert at FAC to ask to take a look at the permission claim on File:Donkey Kong Country Logo.webp / Commons? From memory I'm pretty sure the Mario logo had the same rationale.
