The special significance of File:Sufjan Stevens tour.jpg is apparent in the context of the section in which it appears. But when accompanying the TFA blurb, where it's intended to illustrate Sufjan Stevens himself (not his style of dress), it's an inferior choice. Due to the low angle, his face isn't nearly as visible (even if cropping were done) and the image makes a poor thumbnail.
