Cleanup Needing Cleanup?

This page seems to need some cleanup itself, but I hesitate to get all WP:BOLD here. It seems like some more experienced guidance is necessary before some of the older entries are removed and new ones added. From the history it looks like SilkTork has done a lot of heavy lifting in the past. I gather that it's not an automated process, else many of these pages wouldn't still be listed here. I'm happy to help out, and even take the lead if appropriate, but I didn't want to just wade in (which probably would have involved blanking the pages listed in each category, but leaving all the headers and meta-structure intact so it could be repopulated under the same structure).
