Unsourced Dental surgery
editHello -- Dental surgery has been completely unsourced since November 2007 and is now among the oldest unsourced articles. If someone could add at least one or two academic sources that would be very helpful. Embarrassingly I've tried but failed to find an online non-commercial source that supports the use of the term as described. Thanks, Espresso Addict (talk) 10:47, 20 October 2023 (UTC)

Self-citing in dentistry related articles
editWould someone from this WikiProject mind taking a look at some of the recent contributions of Rmarshalldmd. They appear to be adding citations to their own website (like this) to various dentristry related articles that seem problematic per both WP:CITESELF and WP:MEDCOI. Perhaps they're a dentist because of their of username and the COI declaration on their user page, and may actually be a type of "subject expert"; the links themselves, howebver, seem rather WP:SPAMMY and not really in accordance with WP:MEDRS. -- Marchjuly (talk) 07:41, 31 May 2024 (UTC)
