Hasn't been updated in a while, so here's a little list containing only our "core mission", the elements themselves and the main categories as would be used by your average high-level text (bolded are C or below; italicised are B);

Al, Fe, Au, Cu, H, O, Hg, C, N, Pb, S, Ti, Si, Zn, Na, Cl, K, W, U, Mg, He, Ag, I, Li, P, Pt, Ni, Ca, Sn, As, Co, Cr, Mg, Pd, Bi, Br, Pu, Cf, Rn, Ar, B, Se, Th, Ir, Mo, Sb, F, Ga, Be, Ne, Kr, Ra, V, Cd, halogens, Cs, Ge, alkali metals, Po, Os, Xe, transition metals, Rh, Og, Zr, Ta, Ba, Tl, Nb, Sr, Nd, Te, Tc, Mc, lanthanides, In, alkaline earth metals, Y, Gd, At, Fr, Ru, Am, Rb, Sc, actinide, Re, Ts, Ce, Hf, Es, Fl, La, Sm, Lv, chalcogen, Cm, Np, Pm, Nh, Cn, Yb, Dy, Eu, Ac, Lu, pnictogen, carbon group, Rg, Ho, Er, boron group, Pa, Pr, Uue, Lr, Tb, Hs, Tm, No, Rf, Ds, Sg, Mt, Bk, Db, Md, Fm, Bh, Ubn

Conclusion: we have been a really good WikiProject so far, and not just in getting the useless elements at the bottom of the table nobody cares about to GA! For most of the elements, the reader is presented with a pretty good article (notwithstanding the fact that chalcogen is still misrated as GA).

Unfortunately, our sins of omission are some of the most well-known elements. Allow me to quote the opening cluster:

Al, Au, N, S, Si, Mg, Ag, P, Ca, Sn, As

...yeah. Not so great. (And I should include C, since it is also misrated. I'm sorry! I wrote it in 2011! I got better! Forgive me!) Double sharp (talk) 15:10, 16 June 2016 (UTC)Reply

...okay, since this list would be brutal for any one person to do alone, even if s/he had no life outside WP, I think I will ease up on myself by limiting it to: make period 2 completely green/blue. This will require cracking out the Greenwood and Earnshaw chapters on B, C, and N (two weak GAs and a C): thankfully Li, Be, O, F, and Ne are quite all right. P.S. You would get a million award for Al, Fe, or Au! The elements up to Ni net you half-million awards, and everything up to the alkali metals gives you a quarter-million award. Double sharp (talk) 15:53, 21 June 2016 (UTC)Reply

P.P.S. Updated. Also I notice I can give myself half-million awards for Cl and I and quarter-million awards for Br and Ga, and when N passes it will also be a half-million award! Double sharp (talk) 03:18, 22 December 2016 (UTC)Reply
