old section
editIs this project one that is going to be undertaken soon? Do we have a gameplan? Sorry if this is formatted all stupid, feel free to delete it once there is something not so n00bish here.

- A brother, whose time would be available and sufficient for this project should take the initiative as a leader, or a working-commission should be established with those who would like to spend some time here. Others (we) may always contribute for these plans; and by following a plan, we could make this project work. Unfortunately, I can not spend much time here, but I'd like to see who'd participate and be the leaders of this initiative. And let's all follow the plan afterwards.

Reorganization
editI've taken the liberty of removing all the banned users, moving all the inactive users to a separate section (defined as "substantially no mainspace activity on wikipedia in the past year or whatever seemed to make sense when I was looking at the contributions history"), and tagging each with generally why I thought they were inactive.--Doug.(talk • contribs) 12:14, 4 July 2011 (UTC)
