Updates and Project overhaul

I'm coming here to improve this project and provide frequent updates. I did not create this project however I noticed that it hasn't received much activity in a while and I thought it should be overhauled and improved top to bottom to more effectively be used as a base for improvement of homeopathic articles. I've archived the old discussions to make room and I will be working on the formating of the intro page and updating it to reflect the recent activity concerning the homeopathy article. I've added a new page within the scope of the project, Nelsons (Natural Health). When adding the homeopathy template I noticed that most of the pages listed in the template didnt actually use the template themselves, so I have gone through all the listed pages (except related to) and added it.--ThePaintedOne (talk) 16:56, 7 May 2008 (UTC)

Merge proposal

This proposal that WP:WikiProject Skepticism take over any group associated with anything that they're skeptical of is ongoing. I think that this is a bad idea, but unifying several of the AltMed projects might be helpful. If you're interested, perhaps this could become a WikiProject Task force of WP:WikiProject Alternative Medicine. That might stop some of these "I'm going to take you over" proposals. Comment on the WikiProject X proposal

Hello there! As you may already know, most WikiProjects here on Wikipedia struggle to stay active after they've been founded. I believe there is a lot of potential for WikiProjects to facilitate collaboration across subject areas, so I have submitted a grant proposal with the Wikimedia Foundation for the "WikiProject X" project. WikiProject X will study what makes WikiProjects succeed in retaining editors and then design a prototype WikiProject system that will recruit contributors to WikiProjects and help them run effectively. Hydropathy

A new newsletter directory is out!

A new Newsletter directory has been created to replace the old, out-of-date one. If your WikiProject and its taskforces have newsletters (even inactive ones), or if you know of a missing newsletter (including from sister projects like WikiSpecies), please include it in the directory! The template can be a bit tricky, so if you need help, just post the newsletter on the template's talk page and someone will add it for you.
