Add "Add or improve rationales to non-free images", with links to Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline and User:Ilse@/fairuse- Add "Request free content from copyright holders", with links to Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission, and my own helpfile (TBC) based on the deleted Wikipedia:Requesting free content
