Modifications

There was a section on notability on the proposed style guide, I linked to this from there, and are fixing it up cosmetically to fit the usual wikipedia standards used for per-project notability standards. I following the model used in WP:MILHIST. I am also changing some wording, which I hope everyone likes, to satisfy the wikilawyers out there ;)--Cerejota (talk) 06:14, 26 June 2010 (UTC)
