Importance Rating Definitions

The criteria in the table and the 1-4 descriptions above aren't consistent. I'd try to fix this, but I'm not an active project member. There also appear to be a lot of articles with importance ratings that don't match the criteria defined here. Thoughts? Sanchazo (talk) 19:30, 22 May 2018 (UTC)
