These lists of useless spurs appear to have morphed into 1928 ch. 597:

Clinton: "Altona east to Hway No. 138 6.0 miles" (1488)
Cortland (111, 377, 123)
Oneida (139, 839, 5385, 1610, 838, "Spur to Delta Reservoir" - old alignment of 562 or 1141? not in 1928 law)
Onondaga (1043/554, 488, 655, 1073)
Westchester (899, 1323, 1308)
