Witham[2] is a suburb[3][4] and ward[5] of Lincoln in Lincolnshire, England. The population of the City of Lincoln ward at the 2021 census was 8,136. The ward is one of the eleven electoral districts within the City of Lincoln Council.

The ward encompasses the southern portion of Lincoln.[6] It lies close to the boundary with the town of North Hykeham and villages of Bracebridge Heath, Canwick and Waddington.[7] It covers the suburbs of Bracebridge Low Fields and Swallowbeck, which are separated from the River Witham which runs between them to Lincoln City Centre.
