Ve with caron (В̌ в̌; italics: В̌ в̌) is a letter of the Cyrillic script.

It is used in the Shughni and Wakhi languages ^[1] , where it represents the voiced labial–velar approximant /w/, like the pronunciation of ⟨w⟩ in "wait".
