Previous season
editThe Cougars finished the 2023–24 season 13–19. As an independent, they did not participate in any conference tournament. They received an invitation to the CBI, receiving the #15 seed, where they would upset UC San Diego in the first round, before losing to Fairfield in the quarterfinals.[1] This season was the Cougars' last as an independent, as they joined the Northeast Conference for the 2024–25 season.[2]
