Etymology
editBudhanath or Bal Vridheswarnath is one of 108 Nath in India.
It is mentioned in the twelfth chapter of Shiva Purana.[1]
How to reach
editBudhanath Temple is 1.6 km from Bhagalpur Railway Station. Visitors can reach Budhanath via Train to Bhagalpur Junction in 10-20 minutes. From Bhagalpur junction they can reach Budhanath Mandir via Khalifabagh Market Road and Budhanath Road.
Deoghar Airport is the nearest functional airport to Budhanath predecessor of Patna Airport.
