Without source

edit

Why o why are all the translated articles marked without source. So of then are translated from a foreign source. The interwikilink is most of the time the source. I think some people has simple too much time or think they can ask others to clean up their mess. Carsrac (talk) 09:35, 13 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

WP:CIRCULAR: "Do not use articles from Wikipedia[...]as sources, because this would amount to self-reference.". In general, discussing such things at the category will get you very little replies, it's better to take this to either the template talk page, or to a page like WT:V. Sudden disappearance

edit

There seem to be a lot fewer articles in this category, for example the entire letter "S" only having three articles in it. This seems to have happened just over the last couple of days. Seems a little suspicious to me, but I'd be happy to hear an explanation.Bjones (talk) 01:23, 17 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

Source threshold for removing articles from this category

edit

Hello,

I was wondering how many sources would need to be added to any given article in this category before it would make sense for an article to be removed from this category? Is there a general rule of thumb for numbers, or does it vary based on the length of the article and the information available?

Thanks,

Articles lacking sources chart

edit

I've added {{articles lacking sources chart}} above so it has at least one transclusion. Pinging Ajpolino who requested this template back in March 2021. I see the main category page already has a lot of content so I didn't want to assume you wanted to show the chart there. Best, MusikAnimal talk 13:42, 18 October 2021 (UTC)Reply
